We are an established firm of solicitors with three offices. Two of our offices are in the West End of Glasgow and our third office is in Drumchapel. In July 2025, McIntosh McCann took over the reins of O’Donnell & Co Solicitors in Drumchapel, helping us support more people across the West End and beyond and expanding the services that we offer to our clients. Our aim is to support you and your family through every stage of your life, from the exciting times of a property purchase, to the difficult times of separation and divorce and the worrying times of criminal and civil court cases. We can also provide you with peace of mind by helping you to get your affairs in order, providing services such as Wills, Power of Attorney, Guardianship Orders and Executries. Our solicitors have many years of experience in their given field and they are all very well regarded. They are friendly and approachable, but tenacious and dedicated to achieving the best outcome for our clients. We offer a honest, personal and reliable service. We regularly appear at court in Glasgow, Dumbarton, Paisley, Hamilton, Airdrie, Kilmarnock and other courts throughout Scotland. We are proud members of the Law Society of Scotland and the Glasgow Bar Association.
We are a well established family, criminal, conveyancing and private client practice based in the West End of Glasgow and Drumchapel, with experienced and knowledgeable solicitors.

No. We provide an initial 30 minute consultation to discuss your situation, offer advice and outline how we can help. This allows you to understand your options before deciding how to proceed. Our consultation fee is £120 plus vat. If you qualify for legal aid, this will cover the cost of the initial consultation.
Legal Aid is available for many family, child, and criminal law matters, depending on your circumstances. Every case is different. Some matters, like straightforward property transactions, can be completed within weeks, while complex family or civil cases may take longer. At your first meeting, we’ll give you an idea of timescales based on your specific situation.
We believe in transparent pricing. For conveyancing and many other services, we provide clear fixed-fee structures. For other matters, such as family or civil disputes, costs will depend on the complexity of your case. We’ll always explain fees clearly before starting any work.
One of the things clients value most about McIntosh McCann is continuity. You will work directly with your appointed solicitor throughout your case, ensuring consistent advice and support from start to finish. Your solicitor may also be assisted by a small number of dedicated support staff, who will also have a good knowledge and understanding of your case.
