Mental Health Tribunal
Legal Aid is available to all individuals detained under the Mental Health (Care and Treatment) (Scotland) Act. We can attend at the hospital to meet patients and we have extensive experience in attending at Mental Health Tribunals to challenge Short Term Detention Certificates and Compulsory Treatment Orders.
