How Much Will It Cost?

We are flexible in our approach to payment, payments can also be made by Standing Order Bank transfer and this can be discussed with your solicitor at your appointment. Our firm is able to take on cases where clients are eligible for legal advice and assistance or legal aid, which is provided by the Scottish Legal Aid Board. Unless your case is being covered by the Scottish Legal Aid Board, our policy is to discuss and agree with you the basis on which we will charge a fee for work undertaken on your behalf at the outset of your matter. Depending on the nature of the work we may be able to provide you with a fee estimate or a fee quotation. Otherwise our charges will be based on the number of hours spent dealing with your matter at our applicable standard hourly rate.
